These terms apply when you buy from Your Telco Shop, whether you’re a retail customer or have a trade or partner account. Nothing in them limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
These terms are between you and Your Telco Shop (ABN 83 702 019 896), a Victorian business. Contact: sales@yourtelcoshop.com.au or 03 8682 9945.
By placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them from time to time. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
Prices are in Australian dollars. Prices on the site are shown excluding GST, and GST is added at checkout. Your order confirmation and tax invoice show the GST-inclusive total.
Prices follow our suppliers and can change without notice. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order, or the quoted price if you order from a valid quote. Where an RRP is shown, it’s the supplier’s recommended retail price.
Shipping is calculated at checkout before you pay. See Shipping & Delivery.
Quotes are covered by our Quote & Refurbished Terms. In summary: a quote holds its prices until the date shown on it, applies only to the items and quantities quoted, can be ordered once, and its shipping isn’t discounted.
Product details, specifications and images largely come from manufacturers and distributors, and errors can happen. If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price, or its description is materially wrong, we’ll contact you before supplying it. You can then go ahead at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. This doesn’t affect your rights if goods you receive aren’t as described.
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm your order or dispatch the goods, whichever happens first. The automatic “order received” email is not an acceptance.
We may decline or cancel an order, with a full refund, if goods are unavailable, there’s a pricing or description error, we can’t verify your details or payment, or we reasonably suspect fraud.
Stock levels shown are supplied by our distributors and are updated regularly, but they can change before your order is processed. If an item becomes unavailable we’ll tell you the expected date, or offer an alternative or a refund for that item.
Payment is due in full before dispatch unless you have an approved trade account with agreed terms. We accept card payments, processed securely by Stripe (we never see or store your card number), and bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once the funds arrive.
Trade accounts are subject to approval, credit limits and the payment terms in your account approval. Overdue trade accounts may be put on hold.
Goods remain our property until we receive payment in full. Risk passes to you on delivery to your address, or when you collect from a pickup location.
We ship Australia-wide from distributor warehouses, and some orders arrive as more than one consignment. Delivery times are the courier’s estimate and not a guarantee. Local pickup is available once we confirm your order is ready. See Shipping & Delivery for rates and details.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Returns, faulty goods and warranty claims are handled under our Returns & Warranty policy, which also covers refurbished items.
Our device setup service configures equipment to the details you provide (for example SIP, network or account settings). You’re responsible for the accuracy of those details and for having the right to use any accounts or services involved. Setup is charged according to our service price book. Configured items can’t be returned for change of mind.
Software, licences and subscriptions are supplied under the publisher’s licence terms. Once a licence key or subscription is issued or activated, it can’t be returned for change of mind.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy, or any guarantee, warranty or other term or condition, implied or imposed by the Australian Consumer Law or any other law that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Where the consumer guarantees don’t apply, or where the law allows our liability to be limited, our liability for goods is limited, at our option, to replacing or repairing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the price paid. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
