Description

The AS1008-P is a budget-friendly desktop switch that doesn’t require management and has Gigabit Ethernet Power over Ethernet (PoE) capabilities. It’s designed to support small workgroups where devices, such as IP phones, need to be powered through the switch’s UTP data cable. The switch has 8 10/100/1000Mbps PoE ports that comply with the IEEE 802.3at and af PoE standards, and all ports are auto-sensing and auto MDI/X for easy connectivity to other devices. Each port can provide up to 18.75W of power, with the switch capable of supporting a total of 150W. The AS1008-P is powered by an external adapter and is an ideal solution for adding low-cost PoE capabilities to small networks.
